I intend on painting the Blue Allstate trailer. It has a new tire/tube on it and new bearings, the seals were ok and usable, good thing as I havent found any, but is road worthy, and reg'd. The big trailer needs a little canvas work which I will do as the canvas shop I had do repairs just didnt get it, and never got it right. And It needs new top locks, which I have, then reg'd. The Heilite will probably get new tires/tubes (spare included) and check the bearings, a few small patches and one snap, then reg'd. Not touching any of them over the winter, they are stored away in the garage, cause I have intentions of getting the bug on the road for spring.

Yea the Fo'val. lol. Gotta do it. I struggled with lack of interest in it for a while as I was sick of long term projects. Now Ive had the last 2yrs driving my Corvair van and then the Biscayne. Now I have the urge to drive the bug and do shows and cruises with the HW crew, and I have the desire to work on it again. Had a bit of a lazy day today, but will be hitting the garage in a few and tomorrow as well. Got a drivers door to cut some swiss cheese out of and put in some solid metal back in.
Also helps that the fish arent bitting and the poles are put away for the winter. lol

I took the trailer to the "scales" today... after removing the beautiful bamboo flooring and puttin a galley in it and sum shelves inside... loadin it up fer campin.. It weighed in at 820 lbs !
It did weigh 785 without ANY camp gear in it. That bamboo flooring weighed 75lbs all by itself !
So, by eliminatin the flooring and adding a galley and shelves AND all the neccessary camp gear.. I only added 35 lbs to it !
