had to recut the lid to fit the line of the vent it all changes when the curve changes fit, tack ,adjust, re tack fit , weld up !   then fill in the spread and re-support hey use up all that sheet metal  so i need a bug to come by my house so i can see the hinge set up so i get this right ! or post a picture please ! |

well i got some aluminum uni strut to make the hinge support and rear bracing the green is steel for the undercarriage today burned in the rear lid now start grinding !!!!  |

The stiffeners are on the BODY...if I remember correctly. Look at Franks 55 vert thread..it shows how the door jams are built up.
(God...I hope I'm right )
