Do you still have your '66 bug? How old is your daughter? She looks pretty young to be welding.

Awww thanks guys. My oldest daughter is 25, she was welding last year. This year she is getting ready to have my first grandchild. My youngest daughter, 22 this month also spent some time welding.
Actually I sold the '66. I currently have a '65 pan with a title and two very tired and rusty '67s that will soon be stripped for parts.
My inventory as of today: 1 - 1974 Thing (Installing a Ghia tranny and 1835cc) 1 - 1965 pan 2 - 1967 junk beetles 1 - 1967 Autodynamics Racecar 1 - 1968 ZINK Racecar 1 - Mid-engine single seat sand rail 3 - 1600cc dual port engines (to rebuild) 1 - 1835cc w/ 40mm Webers (for the Thing) 1 - Dual axle car hauler 1 - Single axle trailer for the ZINK 2 - Military Trailers (conversion to normal axles planned) 1 - 1962 Ford 600 Tractor with 3 point hitch 1- Extended electric golf cart with 4" lift kit 1 - golf cart project to install VW motor and tranny.
Needless to say I have way too much stuff. In our local area I was called the "Bone Collector" because I would collect or buy any junker and bring it home to strip. I have tons and tons of parts in storage that I am slowly cleaning up and selling on ebay.
