We have been blessed with good friends (like you guys) and if all goes well we should be able to organize a small get together at the meet were we can share a carne asada and a shade!! Maybe we can ask the girls to make some of there killer salsa!! but for sure Andres and my family will be there, were you guys will be welcomed to break bread with us!! and eat semillas!! JAJA

Let me tell you Frank, its chorizo but not like the one I was used too, you know the Mexican one? This one comes in small individual rolls, Yani boil's it at home for like forever so it's well cooked and then wraps it in foil paper with its own cebollita and lets all the juices settle. Once your at the spot you reheat the chorizo inside the foil paper open it up and put it in a tortilla!! It's one mean taco man!! but the chorizo is know as "Chorizo Centro Americano"!! You'll see!! Is knows whats up!!
