I thought outside the box, and drilled two 1 1/4" holes in the new door behind the three dents just below the trim. Payed off and I was able to use a hammer and punche's to beat the dents out enough to use a skim coat of bondo to even every thing out.
Also sanded the bondo down on the front and rear fenders, sprayed some high build primer on em.

Blocked the two front and passengers rear fenders shot sealer primer, and shot em in green. Started tearing down the passengers door and ran into some stuborn bolts, got frustrated and went in, it was 11:15pm.

Got three of the four fenders in paint. Im not feelin good right now or I'd go pull em off and put em in the basement for when I re-asemble the car. Still got one more fender to block and paint, drivers door to sand again some and paint, another door to start fresh with on stripping and all the realy fun boring stuff, seems like Ive done this before, oh wait I have. Bah. Then its on to the body.

Well nothing today, or for two weeks, work wise at least, I have cleaned the garage quite a bit and need to do more. But I did sell my Biscayne and now have the cash to finish my bug. Got paint supplys already, have my list of interior from J bugs and bout to pull the trigger on that. Time to put in some serious time and labor on getting it into paint. Should have enough left to build a stock motor myself. Damn I gots a ton o work to do. At least my backs getting better (the reason I havent touched the bug in two weeks). So hyped.

Well, I havent gotten any physical work done on the car, now my backs doin alot better, but theres other things to get done.
But I did order my interior from J bugs today, along with a bunch of other things (All black interior, didnt want to completely copy ya on the colors Franky). Funny how that price goes up REAL FAST! Other than anything I dont know I need and filling my tank for the welder, and misc body work stuff, Im as up to date on spending my cash as I want to be. Next big thing will be a engine rebuild kit. Oh yeah.
