hahaha i got new problems than leaks i got a oil leak somewhere .. i gope it isnt the pushrods cause that be wack if it is... iam aiming at the either oil cooler seals or the main seal... oh i spent my money on sme sunroof parts  i still need a crank though |

So...it's been raining and I'm gettin "cabin fever". Decided to go out for breakfast. the rain had subsided ( not stopped) so I open the auto-gate and pull up to the street and stop to hit the button to close the gate.My drivers door is "ajar" so I open it and pull it shut ...a couple of times...won't SHUT ! Car is running and lights are on and I get out to close the door from the outside as I look at the 'striker " plate to see what could be the problem...DOOR LOCKS !! AHHHHHH !!! Luckily, the deck lid is unlocked so I get a pair of pliers to disconnect the HOT wire from the alternator to shut the car off. It is in the street, blocking 3/4 of the street...RUNNING. Got it shut down, but now I'm LOCKED OUT...the car is blocking traffic and it's RAINING ! My EXTRA key is at my shop...8 miles away ! So I place a call to AAA and 30 minutes later they show up...30 seconds later, the door is OPEN. I reconnect the wires and back the car into the driveway, under my car port and proceed to remove the door handle...Somehow, the mechanism had fallen DOWN and the outside door handle wasn't properly alligned internally..  ?? 5 minutes later and aquick adjustment on the striker plate and the door works fine.....Can't figure out WHAT happened to cause the internal mechanism to misalign...just stayed home and forgot about breakfast ! What a CRAZY day ! |

GREAT Story robert!! Way to keep your cool and not loose it!! Other might have broken a window to get in!! lol but all for a reason my friend!! It just could have been a very expensive breakfast!!

I nearly "crapped" my britches when the door locked and the car was RUNNING ! But I took a deep breath and kept my cool...thought it was HILLARIOUS actually....imagine the scene...sum fool with his car running and he can't get IN it !!Now THAT is sum funny shit right there !! After I calmed down, I laughed at myself !! Muahahahahaha !!!
