It has o do with PERFORMANCE and will keep her running LONGER....The motor is outta her right NOW and we're getting all the parts together...tomorrow will be a "build" day....I hope. I;ll be able to go damn near ANYWHERE...ANY SEASON...and tow the trailer too... that's enough clues for today.... BTW....I've installed ELEC outlets in the trailer and I have a GENERATOR for it now...Can somebody say CAMPING ? |

Is it a nice dual carb/weber setup?  Or even better, upgreating from 1776cc to even higher like 1835cc, 1915cc, etc.!! |

DAMMIT Sergio !! You guessed it. I hate to have it REVEALED before "I" get to do it ! Today we got ALL the parts....oil cooler & fan w/ thermostat....steel braided lines and all the fittings...oil filter...the works !
We installed the cooler under the rear window luggage compartment on the drivers side.
I made a bracket for the oil filter to put it UP inside the wheel well off the bumper bracket...now it is out of view from the rear. Tomorrow we will "tap" the motor and install the new oil pump etc and then make up the steel braided lines and "plumb" the whole thing. I'm hoping to have it DONE in a day or two ! ( I hate driving my truck ! )

This past October after Drag day. I was on my way home...towing the trailer and she got HOT.....it wasn't terribly hot out either.I just had to come up with the $$$$$....Will be working on her again today and hope to have her on the road by Friday.
