"been wondering where you guys are...been longing, been wishing that our paths cross each other again. never did i forget...in my thoughts, friends, you were always there."it's been awhile since i made contact with you guys...as fate would have it, i chanced upon frank's profile at facebook (which i consider a blessing)  . i always felt something was wrong...why all of my friends from CT was all gone in an instant. i was clueless and without friends, for a time. come to think of it, my being out of contact with you guys is partially also my fault. Herb is actively posting/updating us here in our local forum (in the Philippines)about the latest v.w. gatherings/activities there in U.S. i didn't have the guts to ask him why or how i can make contact with you guys again. during our pm's in facebook, frank told me that you guys were thinking on how to contact me but couldn't find a way. I've always considered you guys true friends....i guess the distance barrier and time lost really isn't important with friendship. let the good times roll again!

@ frank: after you invited me here at strictly air vw's, I immediately signed-up knowing it's just a matter of time & I'll see our old friends being here, seeing all of you again is like coming back after a long hiatus. home again...at last oh yeah, i have to tell you this! after seeing your name at FB, i had this hunch that it might be you...imagine my eyes widened up when I saw your 'vert! i can't really miss the hot rodded color rims/white side walled tires!  |

;D ;D ;D i have a wood GTV steering wheel and vent mirror locks but on top of my wish list is an original eliminator shifter. had a flat-4 version of the eliminator shifter before...sold it because i like the gene berg shifter more. will post pics later of my latest dash/interior pics... ;D (will still take photos of it!)  |

Thats awesome Dino Im glad to have made Contact with you again my friend!! Yani tripped out when I told her we had gotten in contact with you, after I lost the ability to enter the other forum Frank, IS, David and the rest of the guys here gave us a home and we made it ours!! You'll see all the guys on here and make many more friends!! Tony still has his 1776 on Stock carbs and very pleased with it!! but I must admit every time I get cut off It itches me to put on webers and really wake up that little engine!! LOL LOVE the gages man!! They came out great Good Work man!! SO how is the rest of the guys from the marimika boys (hope I spelled that right Please feel free to correct me!! LOL) Send a shout out from us here in Cali!!
