I've replaced the donut gasket on the rear of the heater box unit and it jus won't seal the leak....I took off the forward nuts and slid the pipe back and the two pipes are 1/8th inch off from aligning so I put the donut gasket on first and then reconnected the pipe..TWICE !!
Anybody got any ideas??

get better clamps at any pep boys or auto zone

Do they make a larger OD diameter gasket ? The Inner doiameter fits the heater box pipe but the flange on the muffler may be larger...Anybody gat any info on that ?

Rather than drive all over hells half acre lookin fer parts etc....I jus had the sucker WELDED !! DONE !!!
