heres the thing; as we all know it cost to maintain one these vehicles let alone two or three, I'm not sure how some of these guys do it, There is always something that needs to be fixed, upgraded or tuned. I've had my bus 6 years now, spend way more than I ever imagined. I'm sure i'll never get that money back, but a portion of that money back could buy me a reliable "regular car" with minimal maintenance. Maybe its just time for some one else to enjoy these V-dubs. I would rather keep it in the local community, but if the right money comes along you bet, they will be sold.

To each, his own. Since my VW is ALL I have, I can feel yer financial dilema. Plus, "I" am single and don't have kids at home any more. "I" will sell my azz and crap thru my ribs before I sell MY bug !!
I'm sellin my trailer but ONLY to buy a better one...

Thanks guys, its a tough decision, Maybe I'll just sell the bug and use some of that money to paint and maintain the bus. My family wants me to keep the Bus. Well of course if the money is right both are for sale.

i miss my stuff ive had
but its just stuff
i have my health for now
but taking care of life out weights stuff
you have had the pleasure of having it
but time comes for all stuff to leave
cant take it with you on the other side of life
but as far as the bus goes you can live in it more comfortable then a bug but its cash potential is 4 fold of the bug

I know, I know, i has been a tough decision, I am going on to other things. Camping, 4x4 and travel. I just feel like I did my thing with these VW's, you can never get over the feeling you get when some stranger approaches and says 'wow" "nice ride" that never gets old. So like i said time for someone else to enjoy....
