To answer some questions, my best time is 13.5 at 97.11mph. Is that on the 1/4 mile or the 1/8th? By the numbers I'm guessing the 1/4 mile. What kind of engine do you have? |

Oh yeah, thats in the 1/4 mile. Engine is a 2187 w/ 44idf's and Steve Tims S2 heads.

WOW ! What a SMALL world ! Steve Timms is a friend of mine! His shop is just a few miles from my home and I'm due to get some work done in about a week over there. I'm NOT a race guy...1965 bug w/ original engine(1200) and trans...but Steve abd Greg are well known in the race curcuit.

Again, I'm NO racer, but their stuff is TOP NOTCH. A great couple of guys too ( father & son ) steve also has an extensive VW Toy collection..vintage and antique
