Hello everyone, just found this site, SWEET. I live Ontario, Canada, I own a 62 Ragtop and a 56 Canadian Standard Oval. The 62 I just put back on the road after being rearended two and a half years ago and the 56 I picked up about 3 months ago, it a project hope to have it finished in about 2 yrs. Here's a pic of the 62 Ragtop on its first cruise. Hope you like. Cheers, Chris

Welcome to the forum 101!! Nice clean rag you have there!! I bet is a lot of fun driving it all over town. Post pictures of you oval too so we can see it and when you are in the prosses of restoring it take pictures as well so we can see your work! Welcome again and hope to see you here often!!

that's a nice oval 101!! you can just put on the floors, drop it and make it run and you will have a very nice '56 hoodride!

Thanks again everyone, the 56 he is a little tuff, needs floorpans, heater channel, bottom 1/4's and rear parcel shelf, but a complete car, the interior is in very good shape brick red seats and door panels, speedo mint, steering wheel good shape (but friggen super cool) and all the black nobs and the 1/2 headliner just needs to be cleaned. Really look forward to this project. May Flat Black it for the first year with a little pinstripping on the decklid but the car was a Polar Silver car so I am going to paint it that for sure. Will post pic's of progress once i get started.
