***Volkstober Fest***
With the huge success of Hot Air Cooled Nights, it is now time to focus on the Volks Kruzers premier VW event, the third annual Volkstober Fest . The Volkstober Fest, located at 425 S. Virginia Street in the heart of downtown Reno, NV begins on Oct 11th from 11am to 4pm. This is Northern Nevada's largest VW only car show and swap meet. The car show will feature 8 classes to enter your vehicle, live music by Terrapin Road, VW Parts and Accessory Dealers and Vendor displays, swap meet, beer and food garden and many other activities thru out the day.
Registration for the car show is from 11am to noon.
Cost is $10 per vehicle.
***Voting is by people's choice, no judging panel.***
Swap meet spaces are $20 and must be set by 10:00am.
Parking is $5 for VW's not entered in the show, $10 for non-VW
Classes for the car show are:
Bug Ghia Bus Type III Thing
Kit Car/Buggy Rat Rod/Underconstruction
Water Cooled People's Choice*
*Every vehicle entered is automatically entered into the
People's Choice
Participating Vendors:
Liquid Finish, Flashback Toys and Collectibles, Eternal Boards,
Fibercraft VW Parts and Accessories
Kustom Kreations VDubs,Reno Buggie Barn,
Street to Sand Toys
Infinite Velocity Motorsports
Fuller Collision Center
Hillbilly Kettle Korn
Awards will be given out at 4pm.
Entrance for the show will be on California Ave.
Gates open at 9am.
