Went to the Long Beach Grand Prix all day last Friday. Got home late in evening. Installed emergency brake handle that was all done up & wound up getting my finger caught in the brake drum when trying to hook back up the cable into the drum. Nice size cut, no stictches but nice blood pattern all over garage floor. Next night, the little finger swelled up, got infected, throbbing pain, warm to touch & spent two hours in urgent care center. Taking Keflex for ten days  & now I know why they sell those mechanic gloves  Don't let this happen to any of you  Car is like a woman, trying doing something nice to it & then it turns on you  |

Hope they don't have to cut it open. I think I know what goes on the handle. The reason I say that is because I'm installing one myself!! ;D |
