Like I said before on a previouse post.... The oval is original from Arizona. It was bought new in '55 and in '57 came to California to, guess what city? Westminster, CA and that's the same city I leave! . I agree with you guys. the oval is in great shape. I was amaized about the pan. And to think that I almost cut them off to install them on the vert.

Yeah, the PO's relative was going to restore it over 25 year ago. He disassembled it and left it like that ever since.

I think so because even when I first knew about the bug. i talk to the owner and he told me to come and see it but I was so busy that week with both of my jobs that I couldn't see it I told him that it was going to be the fallowing week before I get to go and check it out. i kept calling him everyday so he doesn't sell it to somebody else and he told me not to worry. that I was the first one to contact him and that he was going to wait for me before he starts responding to other emails. He said he had over 20 emails that week before I saw the car. Another thing, when I finally got the chance to see it I didn't have the cash with me. I saw it and I like it. i told him that I wan to buy it and we agree on a price but I told him that I didn't have the cash with me and that I was going to be busy again with both of my jobs for the next two weeks or so and he told me that a hand shake was as good as a cash / signature and that he was going to wait for me till I had the chance to pay him. After I finally paid him it took me about 2-3 weeks to pick the car from his house because I didn't have the room to take it home so I ask my brother in law if I can take it to his house for about a month or so till I make room at home. I think that car was meant to be mine like you say Sergio. And I'm glad I got it.
